Hi, I’m Sofia! While I primarily work as the receptionist, I occasionally get to give baths—and that’s when I really get to shower the pups with extra love and attention. I absolutely love seeing them leave looking and feeling like brand-new dogs. Whether I’m greeting you at the front desk or giving your furry friend a little spa time, I’m here to make sure you both feel welcome and cared for every step of the way.
